How to Pay for Your Course

Secure, transparent, and flexible payment options at London Business E-School (LondonBES), fully aligned with UK Higher Education standards.

We offer several convenient ways to pay your tuition and related fees. Please review the options below and ensure you include your Student ID and full name in every payment reference.

Payment Options

  1. Online Card Payment (Recommended)

    Pay by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure portal. One-off or instalment links are available on request from the Finance Team. Payment confirmation is issued immediately.

  2. Bank Transfer (GBP)

    Send funds in GBP via UK transfer or SWIFT. Use your Student ID as the payment reference. Select “all fees paid by sender (OUR)” so the full amount is received. Clearing time is typically 3–5 working days.

  3. In-Person Payment

    Payments may be made at our London campus by prior appointment. Email admission@londonbes.education.

  4. Employer/Sponsor Payments

    A formal sponsorship letter or purchase order must be provided before enrolment. Invoices can be sent directly to sponsors; students remain liable for any unpaid balance.

  5. International Platforms

    To reduce charges and delays, you may use reputable platforms (e.g., Flywire/Wise) to pay in GBP (£).

Instalment Plans

  • Pay a deposit equal to the first instalment (1/6 of the total tuition fee) upon acceptance.
  • The remaining tuition fees may be paid in up to 11 monthly instalments from the programme start date.
  • Late or missed payments may restrict access to academic services and results.

Important Information, Terms & Conditions

London Business E-School (LondonBES) operates under the standards and regulations of UK Higher Education, ensuring transparency and compliance with national academic and financial guidelines.

1) Deposit & Tuition Fee Payments

A deposit equal to 1/6 of total tuition is required upon acceptance to secure your place and enable enrolment. Remaining instalments must be completed within 11 months of the start date.

2) Refund Policy & Admission Conditions

Once a programme has commenced, no refunds are issued. The School may withhold academic results or suspend enrolment if fees remain outstanding or registration formalities are incomplete.

3) Fee Adjustments & Academic Progression

Tuition fees are subject to periodic review. Students who interrupt or delay studies beyond the scheduled timeline will pay the current applicable tuition at the time of re-registration.

4) Regulatory Compliance

All programmes align with UK Higher Education quality standards and student-protection regulations to ensure fair and transparent academic and financial practices.
